Day 3- Boise State vs Virginia Tech
The first quarter made the goal known that Boise State is looking for a National Championship season. Scoring 17 points in the first quarter is amazing. Boise State picked up another 3 points in the second quarter. VT then came back in the second quarter with 14 points as an answer. Third quarter wasn't as epic the first and second. VT scored a touchdown and field goal in order to be one point ahead of Boise State. Harper ran 79 yards to gain another touchdown for B.S. Although, Moore seems to be throwing bombs to the turf at a higher ratio than having running backs catch them. VT is finding all of the offensive holes or mistakes that B.S. is making and capitalizing on them. The Hokies are in the right place at the right time. Third quarter seems to be a trying time for B.S. VT got a field early in the fourth quarter to make the point deficit four points. Kellen Moore continues to throw incompletes and turnover passes in the fourth quarter. The last two minutes have been a nail biter. Moore throws a completed pass and Boise State scores a touchdown and a field goal. Score is B.S. 33 VT 30. There is 46 seconds remaining in this game. The Hokies are feeling the pressure in these last few seconds. Incomplete after incomplete pass is being thrown by the Hokie QB. Boise State wins their first game this season. The road to Arizona started in DC tonight.

Day 2- CMU vs Hampton at CMU
This game was a complete shut out before Hampton even got off the bus. Hampton had possession of the ball first and was stopped by the defense quickly. CMU had several touchdowns and completed field goals before the first half was even over. The Chips had 23 points at the end of half time. Every time Hampton looked like they had a chance to score the Chips shut that dream down each time. The game was such a bore because CMU was beating Hampton so bad that the stands emptied out before the fourth quarter started. There wasn't any of the drama of maybe the Chips could win. The O-Line was running right over Hampton's defense. There were a couple great plays and Coach Enos did a wonderful job coaching these athletes into the first win for the Enos Empire. Great job guys! Keep up the good work.
